Checkbox group does not load selected options #266

Describe the bug

The checkbox group does not load previously selected options when there is more than one configured

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Configure the proposal's custom fields with more than one checkbox group
  2. Go to the proposals page
  3. Create a new proposal and fill in the checkbox groups
  4. Continue and see how they are not being stored

Expected behavior

It should load the values of the checkbox groups
