Exports needs can vary a lot between organizations. While Decidim product finds a transparancy need to include moderated proposal in the export other organization will find it problematic.

Here is the example I'm talking about https://github.com/decidim/decidim/issues/6398

Having a config flag to not include moderated proposals and comments in the export seems like a good Decidim Awesome use case.

What do you think @microstudi ?

Definitely, It seems like a good Idea to me. We could add that.
