Backend Polling Stations #315

In order to use the Polling Stations, I need:

Voting space
Type: Hybrid
Create component: Elections
Create election: Test election

Then, I need:

Create Polling Officers (at least 2)
Create Polling Station
[ ] Bug 1: President and Choose polling officers are different formats
[ ] Bug 2: Polling Officers added in the Polling Station are removed every time you edit the Polling Station
