I18n switcher: change to the same page on click #27

For instance on http://www.decidim.org/contract/ when I change to Spanish I expected to go to http://www.decidim.org/es/contract/ but instead I go to http://www.decidim.org/es

There is a problem with the english language on the PR #51 I was proposing. Maybe it would be easier to change the mount_on_root :en on config.rb for being easier to work with this or search what other ways it could be done on Middleman
