Information about the Social Contract found here (The social contract section) is merged into here for clarity purposes, so it can be deleted from the first link. I suppose that the author should be mentioned in the merged information.

I think the one from the whitepaper is just a summary (The social contract can be summarized as follows) - so we should probably clarify that the correct one is the one that appears here from https://decidim.org/contract - cc/ @xabier

And also related to the Social Contract, it doesn't accept changes for now. I think it's a good idea to clarify that (see #84), so I'm closing this issue.
