Julie Menge teaches alignment based flow yoga where students can come together and practice in a supportive and non-competitive environment. Her classes are infused with humor, alignment, rhythmic flow, and a steady balance between effort and ease.
In addition to teaching yoga, Julie also works full-time in human resources for a local kick-butt company. Julie loves helping people make "connection" - whether it is a mind/body connection through teaching yoga, or helping to connect the right person to the right job.
Julie's training includes a 200-hour YogaWorks teacher training, led by Pittsburgh's own Anna Gilbert Zupon, a week long teacher training intensive with internationally known vinyasa teacher Seane Corn, and a Yin Yoga training with another awesome Pittsburgh teacher, Richard Gartner.
Julie lives in Regent Square, where she is renovating a home with her husband Nate. Her rescued doggy, Buzz, doesn't help much with the renovating, but he sure is cute.
