Add new group block type to organize Storyboard #78

This PR adds a new block type called group.

A user can add a group to the storyboard and drop other blocks into this group.
A user can choose to set a custom name to the group
A user can toggle the contents of the group, to get a better overview of the storyboard
The group has for now no effects on the frontend

Future use cases:

The new group block allows us to add conditional logic to a group of blocks
Groups could potentially used in results and exports to better structure the data
