AppIcon doesn't work #23

Just thought I'd throw this here - I know you're not bothering with this repo any more, but in case anyone else sees this - .AppIcon doesn't work at all and there's no change to the icon, use a different lib - there's this hack though: https://github.com/julienXX/terminal-notifier/issues/131#issuecomment-213752559.

Thanks, yes this library has long been unmaintained and there are likely better ways to do this.
