Consider doing a new release #157

I guess most people will not build this from master and thus not benefit from the dependency updates over the last year. You may consider doing a new release build (again 😁).

It looks like the release pipeline is stuck on Windows arm64. I tried to cross-compile master locally and it worked out.

Yes, we definitely should create a new release every year.

v1.11.0 is out \o/
