Feature Request: Sequential Numbering for Basic Invoice Usage #6

Some users use this plugin as very basic invoices and therefore want better numbering - the WC "Order ID" field is not really helpful so they want some "sequential numbering" - automatically or where they could enter some starting number etc.

i understand the need of some kind of custom numbering which could be used to fill in the invoice number that was ie. generated by a bookkeeping software.

but i think this is a feature that woocommerce should have built in. otherwise we need to keep tracking of saved data and hook into the order save process. i prefer to keep this plugin simple. it is a delivery note and not an invoicing tool. invoicing needs more features and we should leave that to woocommerce.
