Print support for slides #381

Again, thank you very much for your awsome presentation tool.

I would like to suggest a feature, which is print deck of slides or to save it as PDF.

To be truly honest with you, PDF is not my personal major goal, specially as we are shipping presentations as PWA, but of course, I could understand that the need is there.

The starter kit used to contains a small script and some css to be able to print (as Shadow DOM isn't that "print" friendly). At some point it didn't worked out that well, that's why it was removed it. I guess this code and css should be recovered, fixed and enhanced.
