Use case. Why is this important?

It is important to understand how the deckhouse set-up ended correctly, because there are times when the wrong message comes in when the installation is finished, sometimes the console doesn't give you the correct output that the deckhouse is installed, so here is ssh access to your masters sometimes it just comes a message and you don't know if it's finished or not e.g.

Add to the documentation on getting started that there are options for completing the installation
