No character limit on person's name and no wrapping of name means I can't view long names in the app

There is no stated character limit on the person's name. If I add someone who's name is extremely long, I can't see the full name in the app's window because the text does not wrapped to the next line.

The dev team feels that if there exists a client with a very long name, it would be preferable for the user (Real estate agent) to call him/her by his/her nickname & thus input his/her nickname in the application
