Use Alexa Music Intents (and slots) for richer interaction with LMS

For music, the the new built-in music intents provide a standardised, structured way of communicating metadata from the intents around:

Supported Entities

And their rough equivalent in LMS / ID3 / Vorbis terms

• Singer (artist / performer), Musician (artist / performer)
• Catalog (library)
• MusicGroup (artist / albumartist / band)
• MusicRecording (song)
• MusicCreativeWork (album / grouping - though depends on MusicCreativeWorkType slot value)
• MusicPlaylists (playlists) (see #5)
• Genre (genre)
• Dates (probably not useful)

still only U.S. but hopefully this will change soon.

A lot of this won't be useful for squeeze-alexa - it's pretty wide reaching and I don't see, but there are enough bits around querying and selecting to make cherry picking from this worthwhile, not least to use upcoming standards (probably) in voice interaction and richer intent passing from Alexa, i.e. don't reinvent the wheel..

It looks like Genre is now supported for most languages

Album and MusicGroup(Artist) are supported for US-EN (i tested this)
