Support returning composer name #13

For classical music, composer is as /more important than artist, performer, albumartist. It would be good to "work this out", but it also depends on how the user has tagged their collection.

Heuristics are good, and querying is not a common case / latency issue so much, so can afford a couple of round trips to get it right...
