[x] add text for design process on Readme.md page
[x] add "add build(apk) to the instillation guide as a heading or something
[x] add instillation to wiki side bar

just have design process to go and a few other touch-ups to go #7 where i will create separate issues where needed

successfully wrote the requirements, designs with storyboards, interactive prototype, stand-ups, readme, ongoing documentation of work. In my opinion it is done
