Better readme #10

I fail to understand what that fork is for. Is that for the native ports in gray area such as reverse enginered and/or leaked codes? Is it a 3rd party repo for Luxtorpeda or needs to be installed separately? A more explanatory readme would be better.

I need to add this repository to my watchlist, sorry for the delay. Anyway, there is a discussion about this here: https://github.com/luxtorpeda-dev/luxtorpeda/discussions/264 but it is still unclear how luxtorpeda could enable users to enable these packages (or any others)

In terms of the client, that's what that new config feature is for, where you can provide additional packages links, then lux client would see those additional engines supported for those games
