Remove the kibana instance #195

We no longer need the Kibana instance, and it's serving over http anyway which is kind of awful. Let's yank it from the infrastructure entirely to prevent confusion.

FWIW, I'd be up for taking this issue but wouldn't be able to do anything on it until Nov. 23. Not assigning it to myself presently to avoid 🍪👅.
