Document the new preparer workflow. #239

Bring the documentation up to date with all of the changes to the way that preparers work that's just shipped.

Fixes #235.

I think I got everything there. The preparer workflow is mostly an internal detail, because it's all managed by the Strider plugins. The only differences in behavior for users are (a) faster builds and (b) that note about deleted content in content repositories actually being deleted, now.

Unless something is broken, of course :wink:

The deletion process should probably be called out more strongly in the authoring section, but there isn't really a better place to put it. I'll try to work that in #231 during the general restructuring of that section.
