Build a container that includes a custom distribution of Strider CD that includes:
[x] My GitHub OAuth plugin, as well as any other plugins we want from the standard set (Slack notifications, GitHub status and PR builders).
[x] A content builder that walks a workspace's filesystem for _deconst.json files and launches an appropriate preparer for each within another Docker container.
[x] Get the OAuth login working properly.
I won't include pull-request builds in this because that'll take more infrastructure work to set up.
