Automatic Strider configuration #15

Use the newly separate Strider build plugins.

On launch, automatically create the system Strider user, link it to GitHub, and create the control repository project.

The system user and the control repo build are now automatically created on container launch.

The builds still don't work because I need to keep my uids straight across this container, the data volume container, and the preparer containers. It's a solid step though.
