Update firmware-update.sh #213

Minimal effort was made to make this script work with the latest deCONZ package.

/usr/share/deCONZ/firmware/ no longer exist, so we'll use /tmp for saving downloaded firmwares instead
GCFFlasher was updated to v4, and a few arguments no longer exist

Just a curious question: As far as I know the deCONZ image came also bundled with a set of firmware files. Earlier versions of the update script just offered these and download functionality has been added later. So not only the folder vanished but also all firmware files. Am I right with this?

Correct. I don't know if this was intentional or not.
