Follow ghq updates #11

ghq was updated to v1.0.1 and faster than older versions! :clap: See release: https://github.com/motemen/ghq/releases

In v0.99.0, import and look subcommands were removed. Also other version includes support new options. I tried follow completions. Could review it?

I did not notice that changes.
