add threefold token as externally supported coin #83

external support meaning it is supported in a repository other than this one

You can find a documented example on how to use the tfchaind daemon and tfchainc tool in order to atomically swap with ThreeFold Tokens at https://github.com/threefoldfoundation/tfchain/blob/master/doc/atomicswap.md.

What about this PR @jrick, would that be allowed to, allowing chains which support the decred atomic swaps, to be mentioned in there as well? It would give value, as it shows the full scope of the decred atomic swap support, giving people more options to trade between.
