polisatomicswap fails to build due to missing dependencies #98

@eabz I'll need the polissuite repos reinstated or we will need to remove the polisatomicswap tool. It is currently causing build errors on our CI infrastructure.

Hello @jrick Yes, you can remove it. We are doing a hard work creating a new code base. We will integrate it once we have it ready. Thanks for telling me.
