Seeds should always be shown in English no matter the language set so users can seamlessly import to dcrwallet that only has the dictionary in English.

Fixed with update to bitcore-mnemonic https://github.com/decred/bitcore-mnemonic/pull/2 and bitcore-wallet-client build update
