UI says "Not valid" when typing a valid address, for example "DskKJWxYb5CqKpCUHSCy2WPGMe5RwvHp5hf". The address is genereted from another Decred Copay wallet. "Not valid" does not appear when trying to send to an address that is generated in the same wallet.

Tested on Chrome and Safari. See screenshot. Similar to #33.
