Decred Assembly: Visual updates 07.2019

For brief summary the DA show templates went under few minor updates to match the update show format and other changes.

As there's a number of segments added, the episode counter is dropped. Time can be tracked on the YT and Twitter UI regardless.
Twitter posts are now re-aligned with the updated Twitter templates.
YT thumbs are similar in nature as before, with only addition of segments on top right corner.
Each segment (6) has it's graphic blocks (new) which should be included within the motion template and the relevant one for each edited episode.
Segments are tagged by color, which should also be used across the thumbnails and posts.

Regarding the motion design assets @kyleFirethought:

[ ] Add segments options into the intro
[ ] Review and add segments into the lower/thirds or mid-episode assets (if and where needed).
[ ] Create calm and slow-looping assets for the backdrop screens. To-be-discussed. Potentially segment DA + segment name for smaller screen and DCR symbol for larger.
