legacy native spv wallets cannot upgrade #2014

As of https://github.com/decred/dcrdex/commit/eea605dc06cba44b14564047ea8a5353ea23d26a, updating to the lastest dexc version looks in a different location for the native wallet files. We need to revert the changes in that commit that change the path to have a trailing "spv".

Probably need to revert https://github.com/decred/dcrdex/pull/1946, then rework the assetdb path changes in https://github.com/decred/dcrdex/commit/eea605dc06cba44b14564047ea8a5353ea23d26a, then re-do the fixes in 1946 so that recovery allows spv wallet logs to continue. High priority. Showstopper for v0.6.
