client/ltc: electrum wallet giving mixed results in testing #2508

The Litecoin Electrum wallet is not passing simnet-trade-tests consistently, especially makerghost, which is critical. It will fail to find the counterparty's unreported swap. Occasionally, it will fail at an earlier stage. Needs some investigation.
