Polygon transaction history doesn't show incoming transaction(s) #2997

Applies to tokens (USDC and USDT) also, and perhaps applies to Ethereum-based transactions (haven't checked this).

This is pretty confusing especially because for DCR (and other currencies, I assume) it does show incoming transactions.

We can only see the transactions that were made by an address, not ones that sent funds to an address. To see the receiving transactions, we will need to connect to a service like Etherscan that indexes the chain.
