docs: Update remote_dcrwallet.md #121

Changes to get the remote dcrwallet instructions working on 1.6.0 RC2.

changed cert/key file name references to client-ca throughout.
dcrwallet.conf: removed authtype option and specified where grpclisten should go.
added note about having to unlock the wallet through dcrlncli when dcrlnd starts.

Thank you for the changes! Please squash both commits into a single one and rename the commit title to the standard format ("docs: Update remote_dcrwallet.md") and I'll merge it.

Hello @bochinchero, could you please squash both commits into a single one?

In order to do that, you have to use a git rebase command, such as git rebase -i and then replace every "pick" with "squash" (or just "s") so that all commits become one.

I think i finally figured out how to do the rebase/squash after messing it up the first time and reverting, heh.
