multi: Add account-related features #178

This brings in the upstream PR number 5047, which brings account-related functions. It also adds a commit to add the following functions:

Create additional wallet accounts, based on the wallet's BIP0044 master key.
Export individual private keys
Spend UTXOs by providing the UTXO data and the corresponding wallet key

The goal for this PR is to allow users to create an account from which individual private keys may be extracted and then spent.
