enhance information output #26

Even with debuglevel=debug, it doesnt say a whole lot about what is going on. This issue is to track improving the normal on screen information that is output, as well as adding to the debug output.

does debuglevel=trace give you the information that you are looking for?

What info are you looking for in particular?

Speaking from my own experience, I think a lot of the debug/trace lines should be info. It's not at all clear right now what calculations/decisions are being performed without using trace.

Would be helpful if it also showed the actual fee paid and not just the fee per KB.

It should show information about the pre-sstx tx that makes the outputs the right size. Show information such as, that it is doing it and how much is is spending on tx fees.
