News: Add Oct DJ, DEX release, 3 Coverage items

Review notes (as a separate comment, I think they're unneeded in the git log):

• I used original titles copied from the source, lmk if they need normalization for better looks (e.g. in DJ we force everything to Sentence case for consistency).
• I wondered what to use in Author, author name or publication/outlet name. I took the more specific author name. In most cases the publication name is visible after the title thanks to externalSource (e.g. binance.com), but not always (e.g. youtube.com may hide outlet name). We may want to capture both author name and outlet name explicitly.
• I wasn't sure how to pick the right icon. Some interviews use interview.svg but the others use broadcasts.svg. It would help to have a criteria.
• I added YouTube channel name in externalSource to expose publication/outlet name.
• Please remind how externalSource is used, is it just for displaying the hostname after the title or some other uses?

Selecting content for News is quite new so I'll document my decision making process for the Coverage category (the rest require no decision making, just add any missed software releases, press releases and DJ issues).

I went through what we selected as notable in October DJ, and then what surfaced in November to bundle more in one PR. I came up with 4 candidates (oldest first):

• BR elections original story in Portuguese
  • Pros - original source at poitician's official website. Cons - pt-BR content may look odd on our English news feed. We may need to think how to organize multi-lingual coverage if we (hopefully) start having more of it.
• Miner troubles story, DigitalCashNetwork feat. Jake
• BR elections story in English, Fintech Times feat. Jake
  • Pros - it is English + links to the original in Portuguese
• BR elections story in English, Invezz feat. Jake
  • Embeds their YouTube video too

I wanted to pick 2 winners, one for each story, and worried that adding more than 2 would be too spammy. Then kozel suggested to give more visibility to video interviews, which is also a good idea. In the end, I think 2 links for one story is ok because a) they are valuable in different ways (one is richer text coverage + link to original, while another is a solid video interview) and b) they have a 9 day gap in between. So adding 3 stories in total.

Open to any feedback to fine tune the criteria.

Thanks, agreed on all points. I suggest we work through that in future PRs to keep this one simple.
