Cleaned up some minor issues, removed Metal, added Trocador which works without JavaScript and with Tor.

Changes are fine, but it leaves only DCRDEX, Binance, and CatalX tagged as "High Liquidity". wtf is CatalX? Is that correct?

Good catch, it's an exchange in Canada that shares the order books with Bittrex because it uses their trade engine. Tag removed now since we no longer consider Bittrex high liquidity.
