This PR supersedes #1097
It first takes the updated translations provided by @Tangara-cayana, then applies the suggested changes from @victorgcramos. One more commit from me fixes a missing comma and removes a string which is no longer necessary as of https://github.com/decred/dcrweb/commit/63b4095c1abb58d7529192897cefc9a8c97846fb.
Tested the strings by deploying the site, everything displays properly and all embedded links work.
