Add two buttons on the ZH page #883

Considering that most Chinese native speakers cannot access Youtube and Twitter, can we add a button link to a bilibili video site and a button link to Weibo on the ZH page? This may help some new guys. bilibili: https://space.bilibili.com/425519478 Weibo: https://weibo.com/DecredProject

Perhaps we should delete the Youku link. Recently, Youku added some strange censorship mechanisms that led to the disappearance of a video. It cannot be ruled out that similar situations will occur in the future.
