Under CUDA Specific Steps for Windows, the link to download: Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=44914 is no longer active. Can the readme be updated to include a replacement for this step?

Didn't look like I could link to any more specific a piece than that unless I missed it.

Some other things that need updating:

Linux build instructions doesn't mention the Go dependency in a clear manner.
Windows build instructions might be missing a step. I recall needing to symlink or mangle cgoflags so the golang CUDA library can find the headers and libs properly: https://github.com/barnex/cuda5/blob/42173e182f9b7a04d7b99fe902275b9a161f3096/cu/cgoflags.go#L24-L25
