CUDA fixes

This adds fixes to the CUDA build of gominer. It:

• Fixes an issue where autocalibration could make running the actual mining loop fail
• Uses the target architecture to determine whether to use the intrinsic or not, when compiling the kernel
• Attempts to automatically determine the target GPU architecture to use when compiling the CUDA kernel

The individual commits explain the rationale for each change.
