Reddit: How to handle reposts (non original links) #121

An article originally written by The Block:

https://www.theblockcrypto.com/tiny/okcoin-offers-first-usd-to-crypto-trading-pair-for-decred-but-difficult-questions-remain/

was reposted by multiple sites, and one of them submitted to r/decred. It was first to submit the story before anyone else submitted the original link.

How it looks to me is a site just copy-pastes a story and tries to use r/decred to promote itself, without producing original content. Not cool imo.

Currently we don't have any rules to block non-original links. Should we have them?
