Repository for collecting auxiliary information related to proposals:

• entry points for researching proposals (list of all known stuff such as discussions, analyses, etc)
• updates from proposal owners
• pros-cons analyses like the one I did for DEX
• timelines
• post-vote analyses of successes and failures
