Update Decred info on various sites #140

Creating this big catch-all issue because it turns out a lot of places need to be updated.

I collected text bits from various sites in the new textassets repo. You can use its search feature to find which places still use deprecated content, as explained in its readme.

Below are some of the outdated places:

Hey @xaur I am from CoinGecko. Apologies if any of the information on our site that is out of sync. Feel free to let me know what are the changes to look out for. Most details can be sent to our team via email, I will let them know to keep an eye of it
