Notice

This PR introduces various changes regarding the structure of assignments. Assignments can be anywhere in your filesystem provided you have declare correctly the absolute path in .env. The assignments folder has been removed and the judge folder moved.

Let's adopt a no-review-required policy as development is moving forward quickly, at least for the changes that pertain to website functionality updates. We can do some reviews of merged code together when I'm back if you have particular pieces in mind to review.
