Added Robotics section and links #82

Added a section to include blockchain papers related to Robotics, as this is a growing field and many papers that use and alter blockchain to work in robotic environments are surfacing.

I don't feel particularly strongly about including papers on the intersection between robotics. They seem of tangential interest at best. What do the other contributors think?

Looking at the papers, it feels that Robotics could be best put under Applications, instead of a separate category; in this case, I wouldn't have a problem merging this PR. @dionyziz

Also @VascoLopes please squash your commits to a single commit, so that we keep a clean history of the repo.

I agree with @dimkarakostas that Robotics should be put under Applications. Nevertheless, I also don't feel strongly about adding the proposed papers.
