Can you see the buy transaction in your transaction history at all? If not then
that's going to be the cause.
The fact that there is a dash in the profit column means that when the sell
transaction was imported, there were no assets at that location to calculate
profit from.
The transaction would have been marked with another flag that will cause EMMA
to try and calculate profit again during the next asset update.
The fact that, when pressed, it calculates profit as the sell price means that
it cannot find any buy transactions that match up with the sell transaction.
This is not quite a simple case of looking for the most recent buy transaction
so we need more information. If the buy transaction does not exist then there
is the answer. If it does then what is your current total inventory of this
item? (across all locations)

Hi Steve,
The same issue happens to me on other sell orders as well. For the cap
recharger II orders. I have 2 orders having 190 units left. Yes I can see the
buy transactions both in Eve as in the transactions tab inside EMMA.

Hi
I've got similar issue, did a lot of purchases, put up sales orders, some of
the items sold.
If I go to run the Item report i got the following:
Average Buy/Sell price , Units bought/sold shows up correctly.
broker fees/transaction fess - ok
all other colums just "-"
Net profit : shows losses equals = broker fees + transaction fees.
