NAV Report not counting deliveries hangar values #8

The NAV report seems to be ignoring the value of items in my corporate 
deliveries hangers. If I run an Assets report its total value estimate is 
accurate, but the NAV report is off by roughly the value of assets in my 
deliveries hanger.
