Can I allocate a total disk space for a user or a group of users? #421

I wanted to establish a storage service for local photographers so that they 
can backup their photos in my site. I want to specify disk space like 2GB, 5GB, 
30GB etc. to the users. There'll be a group called 2GB group where the users of 
that group will be able to upload files up to 2GB.

I've found the option to limit to upload a max file size for one file only, but 
not total allocated disk space for a specific user.

is this possible? plz let me know.
