Suggestion: Client activation #433

Clients should not be activated by default if self-registration is allowed. 

An email with an activation link should be sent to the provided email adress to 
make sure it´s the users email and not a fake one. This can be very easily 
implemented by creating an encrypted string from the username that is stored in 
tbl_users on registration.
