Auto expire settings & auto delete #477

It would save lots of time and be more productive if you could set the expiry 
of files as a default setting option instead of having to select expiry time 
for each file.

You could then have the option to set a different expiry time from default 
setting for individual files with an option to mark them no expiry.

Auto delete on expiry would also be a welcome improvement.
